REBT- the therapy style you haven’t tried yet. Not a place to vent indefinitely. You'll be challenged, argued with, and called out when your thinking doesn't hold up. The goal is to think more scientifically, flexibly, and in non-extreme ways- and to leave with a functional set of tools, not a standing appointment.
Best used as a focused series of sessions rather than open-ended weekly therapy. Packages available for those who want structure.
