  • This is a virtual meeting to ask questions and discuss how we might work together.

  • All care at The Untitled Mind starts off with a 60-90 initial evaluation.

  • We’ll see you for follow ups at regular intervals, usually 30-90 days.

  • If ketamine is part of your care, we’ll schedule a series of ketamine sessions to take place in our clinic.

    If we are providing you with prescriptions for Ketamine Assisted Pscyhotherapy we’ll see you for follow up visits every 30 days.

Our Pricing.

Virtual and In-person evaluations

Initial Evaluation $350-450
This is a psychiatric evaluation to establish your Diagnosis and Plan. Psychiatric evaluations are $350. Ketamine evaluations and evaluations requiring extra time are $450. Price will always be discussed in advance.



Follow up Appointment $200-300
Ongoing assessment including refills and optimization of standard prescriptions and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy dosing. Appointment intervals range from weekly intensive plans to every 90 days.

Our standard 30 minute follow up is $200- longer appointments are available at additional charge and upon request. Controlled substance appointments (ie. ketamine, adderall, etc.) occur in monthly intervals.

Ketamine Treatments

Ketamine infusion/injection $450 (per session)
Intravenous (IV) and Intramuscular (IM) ketamine session that is held in the our office over the span of 1.5-2 hours.



Ketamine oral lozenges $300 (per session)
Intranasal ketamine administered and monitored in-office over the span of 1-2 hours.



Ketamine intranasal spray $350 (per session)
Intranasal ketamine administered and monitored in-office over the span of 1-2 hours.
